Job Title: Social Media Executive

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating exciting and engaging content across our marketing and social media communities. This includes mainly Instagram and Facebook but also Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and any other social channels that become relevant.



Key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Support the brand manager in the execution of brand campaigns.
  • Use our campaign execution and gifting platform to organise campaign specific content and post when relevant.
  • Research and propose to brand manager brand relevant content creators and influencers to work with.
  • Communicate with customers via social media in a brand suitable voice.
  • Develop and implement the social media strategy with the aim of increasing our brand awareness, following, our reach and our follower’s engagement, manage our social media audience
  • Manage our blog and ensure its promotion is optimised  
  • Manage assets creation specific for social media liaising with the Graphic Design team
  • Assist in the creation of other digital content from time to time, e.g., video, photography, reels, briefing in necessary graphics to the team in advance of launches and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with influencers and PR contacts, on social – editors, fashion assistants, stylists, content creators etc.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and keeping the business informed.
  • Keep track of gifting in gifting log and work with Brand manager and marketing team
  • Ad hoc duties as deemed necessary for the needs of the business.

  • Excellent eye for creative assets – important to have a creative eye for photography, colour, content, and graphics
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Creative thinker, ability to use both data and trends to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in using social media software & tools and a CMS system
  • Ability to answer to followers’ comments in on on-brand voice
  • Demonstrated experience to work towards tight deadlines
  • Must have a flexible approach to working hours
